I think I really came to love the name when I was about 13? I even asked a few guy friends that lived on the same street as me to call me it while we were out. They didn’t find it weird; I was one of the guys to them. But yeah, when I was 6, I never felt right in my body. It really put a lot of pressure on me, and hiding myself for 14 years really did effect the way I grew up.
